Resuup is an AI-powered CV optimization platform that helps users create professional resumes. We provide tools for uploading, parsing, editing, and generating resumes using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pricing: Resuup offers a subscription service at $3 per month.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable laws. Please contact support for assistance.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the personal information and resume content you upload to Resuup. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., parsing your CV, generating PDFs).

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., AI processing via OpenAI).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Abuse the API or rate limits (e.g., excessive automated requests).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained (e.g., AI-generated content) will be perfectly accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resuup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
